Miracles are the evidence of God’s existence shown to you so that you might more easily believe in him, yet those who believe without seeing are even more blessed for they walk by faith instead of sight. Grow your faith and you will grow more intimate with the Lord. Even if you’ve never seen one – believe in miracles.
Jesus went everywhere in Galilee, teaching in the synagogues, preaching the Good News about the kingdom of heaven, and healing all the people’s diseases and sicknesses. The news about Jesus spread all over Syria, and people brought all the sick to him. They were suffering from different kinds of diseases. Some were in great pain, some had demons, some were epileptics, and some were paralyzed. Jesus healed all of them. Matthew 4:23-24
So in Cana of Galilee Jesus did his first miracle. There he showed his glory, and his followers believed in him. John 2:11
Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Or believe because of the miracles I have done. John 14:11
Then Jesus told him, You believe because you see me. Those who believe without seeing me will be truly happy. Jesus did many other miracles in the presence of his followers that are not written in this book. But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. Then, by believing, you may have life through his name. John 20:29-31
As Peter was traveling through all the area, he visited God’s people who lived in Lydda. There he met a man named Aeneas, who was paralyzed and had not been able to leave his bed for the past eight years. Peter said to him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Stand up and make your bed. Aeneas stood up immediately. All the people living in Lydda and on the Plain of Sharon saw him and turned to the Lord. Acts 9:32-35
