Terms and Conditions:
I grant to Gregory Lang, his successors, licensees and assigns, the non-exclusive right to use the story I submit for use in any of his literary works. I understand that Mr. Lang is under no obligation to use the story and that, if he chooses to do so, he may use the story in whole or in part and edit or modify the story in his sole discretion without further approval from me. I acknowledge that Mr. Lang's acceptance and review of my story is sufficient consideration for the rights granted by me and waive any claim to payment or other consideration. I further represent and warrant that the story is true and depicts actual events in my life.
